All Elite Wrestling, after announcing it’s debut show in Washington D.C., has announced the next two weeks of television. They’re going to be visiting Boston and Philadelphia while broadcasting on TNT. With Philadelphia being one of the biggest wrestling cities in the world, it should be a huge boon for AEW. This comes off the heels of the start of a war of words between members of AEW and WWE.
No matter how much the two companies say that they’re not going to be competing with each other, they’re definitely going to be intertwined. With All Elite Wrestling announcing their schedules so close in advance of shows, it might lead to a situation like in the 90’s when WWF and WCW would hold shows within reach of each other.
All Elite Wrestling’s Roster
After announcing the main event of: Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks vs. Chris Jericho and two mystery partners, one has to think that AEW will top that for their second and third shows to keep up their momentum. Also, All Elite Wrestling can definitely use the rest of their roster for these next two shows. Fans are clamoring for the likes of Jon Moxley, Shawn Spears, and SCU.
Tickets for both shows go on sale this Friday, August 9 at Noon Eastern/9am Pacific.
Their first show famously sold out in minutes. So you’re going to want to be on their website and ready to go. Following this sellout, AEW had to issue “thank yous” and apologies for how fast the tickets went for the first show. If you want to be apart of history, you gotta buy them fast!
